Our booking terms and conditions and cancellation policy is very straight forward and fair.

1. Full payment is required 24 hours prior to any Training or Behaviour Sessions taking place with Kiri Downes
2. Any cancellation made with less than 48 notice will incur the full fee for the session booked.
3. Pre-booked discounted training sessions are valid for a maximum of 3 months from booking date.
